- Respect. We operate with grace and encouragement, never shame or guilt. We give advice and recommendations for various approaches, but we always uphold the client’s decision.
- Confidentiality. Clients and the nature of their projects are never shared with others unless prior written authorization is given by the client.
- Trust. We believe trust is the most important aspect of the relationship we have with our clients. That’s why most of our client relationships begin through attending one of our seminars, or through referrals by friends and family. We adhere to our industry’s code of ethics, and references are available upon request.
